How do I add my business?
Go to Add Your Business, choose a plan and fill in your details. Basic is free and stays free. Your listing goes to our team for review and appears once approved. Search the directory first — we build listings from public information, so yours may already be there. If it is, claim it rather than creating a duplicate.
What's the difference between Basic, Premium and Growth?
Basic ($0) — business details, one photo, categories, customer reviews and basic analytics. Free permanently, not a trial. Premium ($29/mo or $290/yr) — featured placement, priority search ranking, up to 20 photos, menu upload, deals, detailed analytics, review replies and the Premium badge. Growth ($59/mo or $590/yr) — everything in Premium plus top placement, a blog feature article, social promotion, a dedicated account manager, custom branding, ad placement, API access and priority support. Yearly saves around 17%, and you can switch plans any time from your dashboard.
How long does approval take?
New listings and edits are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days, and we'll email you when yours goes live. Halal verification is reviewed separately and can take longer if we need to confirm a certificate with the certifier.
How many photos can I upload?
Basic includes one photo; Premium and Growth include up to 20. Upload the best quality images you have — we optimise them automatically. Real photos of your food and venue beat stock imagery.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes, on Premium and Growth — your reply appears publicly under the review. Keep it short and factual; a calm reply to a poor review does more for your reputation than the review costs you. Any vendor, including Basic, can report a review that breaches our guidelines.
How do I manage my listing?
Log in to your vendor dashboard to edit details and photos, build menus in the Menu Manager, publish deals, reply to reviews on Premium and Growth, and see your analytics. Any edit resubmits the listing for a quick review — your listing stays live meanwhile, and routine edits don't affect your halal verification.
